¿WHO IS THE AUTHOR?

Benjamín Hernández or better known as Ben Hernández is an entrepreneur who had the opportunity to live in London, England when he was 27 years old, where he developed panic attacks on trains. Later these crises would expand to all transportation, limiting his daily life while he was was outside of Mexico.

After 2 long years full of problems, Ben returned to Mexico to process his divorce and continued to suffer from anxiety for many years until he found the solution in 2021, the same solution that he shares within the book, but before explaining it to you in detail he will share it with you through images what his mind perceived during his panic attacks at different stages of his life. Many of the images are considered strong since they are expressed as an exaggerated horror story which lived for more than 7 years..
